These songs are me getting dumped, traveling around the world to escape the heartbreak, and finding the deepest love of my life. All were all written before I knew I even wanted to pursue music. They were the medicine that I needed, and nothing makes me happier than hearing that they help other people too.

Most of it came out in pieces, late at night, after the apartment went quiet. Some of these songs took an afternoon. Some took six months and a lot of anguish. All of them are from the heart and all of them helped me through some shit.
